Printing Issue from the internet.

ISSUE: Error 404 or a blank page when printing from the internet specifically Internet Explorer

CAUSE: Microsoft release a security update that has caused issues with some websites ability to print properly. Microsoft has stated that it is the developers responsibility to fix the website coding to fix the issue.

RESOLUTION: Until the website providers have corrected the code a workaround is to use Google Chrome to access the internet. It also seems to be acceptable to use Microsoft Edge.
