Nextiva Desktop App (Applies to all stores except Toyota and Glen Burnie)

You may have noticed a new program pop up when you log on to your PC. This is a compainion program to the phone system at your dealership. This phone system is at (or will be shortly) every dealership except Waldorf Toyota and Glen Burnie. To log on to the program please enter your extension number plus your dealership seperated by periods. Be sure to use proper capitalization. Passwords are set to changeme

Example user names

1234.Waldorf.Ford or 1234.Lexington.Park.Ford

The app will allow you to do many different things. A few highlights are:

Look up any users extension by clicking on the directory and dial their extension directly, bypassing operators.

Chat between users and video call (if you both have cameras) 

Create Chat Rooms for department uses

See missed calls and call history on your PC

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also there is an App you can download onto your mobile phone that works the same as your desktop app. This app turns your mobile device into a work phone thus shielding your cell number from people you call. It also allows you to be away from your desk and not miss a call. You can easily transfer calls between your mobile device and your desk phone.
