Microsoft Office and Email access

Microsoft Office 2007 is being removed from all computers EXCEPT those in the following groups. 

Controllers, General Managers

Additionally any PC that requires Microsoft Office will be switched to Microsoft Office 365 and be billed a license fee of approx $360 per PC. So please consider carefully if you REALLY have to have Office before you call me and ask for it. We have installed a Free Office Suite on all computers that do not have Office installed. It is called Libre and can be found in your programs. It will allow you to open, edit and save any current Microsoft Office file. For 99.8% of users this will be more than an adequate replacement for Office.

To access your email please use Outlook Web Access located here or go to https://mail.somdauto.com/owa. We are also in the process of installing a desktop application for email (similar to Outlook) called EM Client. Once you notice this program open at startup please fill out the requested fields to complete setup.
